Refund Policy

ReplayFX is a digital service paid in cryptocurrency. This policy explains when refunds apply.
1. Try before you pay
Your first full analysis is free, with no payment details required. We strongly encourage using it to evaluate ReplayFX before purchasing.
2. Digital access passes
Paid plans are 30-day digital access passes. Because access and analysis are delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the access has been granted and used.
3. Crypto transactions
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. ReplayFX cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.
4. Exceptions
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing what you paid for, or in case of a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, grant additional access time or an equivalent remedy.
5. How to request
Email support@feyxa.com with your account email, the plan, the date and the NOWPayments payment ID. We aim to respond within a few business days.
