Account data: email, name and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in identifier).

Content you provide: chart images you upload and the analyses generated from them.

Usage & technical data: pages used, feature activity, and standard log/device data needed to run and secure the service.

We never collect or store your private wallet keys — crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. We do not process or store card numbers.

To provide and improve the service, manage your access and billing, secure the platform against abuse, and communicate with you about your account.

We process data to perform our contract with you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and on consent where required.

Hosting & database (PostgreSQL/Supabase), market data (Twelve Data), payments (NOWPayments), email delivery (Resend), AI chart vision (OpenAI), error monitoring (Sentry) and privacy-first product analytics (PostHog, EU region) — strictly to operate, secure and improve the features you use. We do not sell your data.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy-first product analytics (PostHog, EU region) to understand and improve usage. Session recording is disabled and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We keep account and analysis data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@feyxa.com and we will respond within the legal time limits.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Some processors may be located outside your country; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

ReplayFX is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
